Not even a big pasta fan but I’d chow down on this, especially if it were chilled. It’s kind of like a western Falooda.
A family member once made something similar with spring salad, lots of berries, a light vinaigrette and angel hair pasta. Super good in summer.

Eastern European? I had this a lot growing up, usually with a strawberry puree though. Or with rice instead of pasta

My mom used to make us milk noodles(it had a German name but I don’t recall it 🙁 ) it was just noodles cooked in warm milk with cinnamon and a bit of sugar. I can see how fruit would work
